LSS, a national leader in passive fire protection services, is seeking skilled Overhead Door Technicians with proven inspection, service, and repair experience. Qualified candidates will be competent and experienced with the installation and repair of Commercial and Industrial Rolling and Panel Overhead Doors. They will have the ability to supervise others and oversee projects within a job while working with minimal supervision. Technicians will demonstrate the desire to work in a safe manner while displaying proper conduct and integrity at all times.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install and repair service overhead doors & dock equipment
• Drive to designated job site. Explain all job specifics to the customer. Complete all install/service needs requested to the customers satisfaction and finalize all service documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Consistently seek and promote business opportunities for install, service, sales and preventative maintenance contracts.
• Acquire knowledge of all products and pricing to be capable of pricing, marketing, and selling replacement products and repair parts.
• Further develop mechanical skills. Lear new techniques and remain current with product requirements for installing material to meet safety specifications while maintaining quality workmanship with minimal warranty recalls.
• Ensure job site is clear of debris while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach overhead, grip, operate hand tools, and lift 50lbs.
