Overview:
Administrative help for the community outreach department. Must be willing to work in a "hybrid/flex" environment which will require both on-site and remote work as designated by USTA, and may be updated from time to time.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to email and phone inquiries, review mail, establish and maintain files, answer routine correspondence, order supplies, collect data, maintain reports, and other such support duties, as necessary.
- Assist in document creation, attendance tracking, shipping/receiving packages, copying, etc.
- Assist with administrative details pertaining to meetings, workshops, and special events.
- Assist in communication with sections, vendors, volunteers, and participants.
- Assist with conference calls and meetings, as well as follow-up materials (minutes).
- Research and creation of research reports on related products or business segments.
- Provide administrative support to the Grassroots Tennis team.
- Administrative experience
- High level of professionalism
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms)
- Ability to utilize virtual meeting platforms such as zoom, google
- This is a paid 12 hours a week position (3 days a week). Schedule may be as follow :
- Wednesdays: In person either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
- Thursdays: In person either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
- Friday: Remote or In Person 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
