We're Charter Next Generation (CNG), North America’s leading independent producer of high-performance, specialty film and flexible packaging solutions. Our Lexington division is seeking Packagers to join our team!
Making a Difference on a Daily Basis:
- To monitor and package up completed product off the extrusion line
- To check quality of the product being packaged up for shipment
- To notify supervisors of any factors that may impact the quality of the product they are running
- Create accurate roll labels
- Accurately align cores on winder shaft
- Operate packaging equipment
- Responsible for daily activities such as housekeeping, maintaining and organizing a safe work environment, and any other paperwork/check sheet
- Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operating Procedures
