Position: Paralegal
Location: Denver, CO
Pay $35/hr based on experience
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Covid: Must be Fully Covid vaccinated

This is a contract to potential hire or potential contract extension position

Job Summary:

• Under minimal supervision provides support to the RMPDS Finance Director, Office of General
• Counsel and Risk Management, with respect to all job duties including contract review process.
• Directly supports the Legal Department on process improvement, investigation, litigation, contracting and administrative and paralegal support.
• Position is also responsible for working directly with the Purchasing
• Department to develop, implement and perform Legal contract

tracking, review and completion.

• Provides additional paralegal and administrative support to in-

house staff attorneys in areas as needed, including relating to contract management, preparation and finalization.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Associate’s degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program required. Bachelor’s degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program preferred
• Three years or equivalent paralegal experience with emphasis on

contracting or procurement preferred
