About the Role:
- Carefully review invoices presented in Image Now and ensure they meet the requirements for data entry.
- Work closely with corporate departments and operating groups to resolve issues that prevent data entry (invalid GL, duplicate item, missing approval, etc.). Key invoices into SAP-AP.
- Initiate file uploads and monitor integrations from satellite systems into SAP/AP system. Remediate issues.
- Audit expense reimbursement request for completeness, accuracy and adherence to policies. Key into SAP-AP.
- Assist employees with research on invoices.

- Identifies problems and issues in straight-forward situations, assessing each using standard procedures. Refers complex issues to higher levels
- Works under a moderate degree of supervision
Who we would like to meet:
- High School degree required, college preferred.
- Experience multi-tasking between different data systems
- Strong verbal communication skills, including telephone and email etiquette
- Detail oriented with analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient with Windows based systems as well as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficient understanding of basic accounting principles, familiarity with SOX compliance a plus.
- Proficient at data entry & 10-Key
- Ability to take initiative and be responsible for project work
- Able to work additional hours/overtime to meet business needs
- SAP and/or ImageNow experience a plus.
