The HHAeXchange Partner Connect program is a partner ecosystem built on the HHAeXchange homecare agency management platform. Partner Connect is a one-stop shop where customers can learn more about and connect with industry leading solutions that integrate with their HHAeXchange agency management solution.
HHAeXchange is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager who’s excited about creating and scaling a world-class partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this collaborative individual will focus on driving the internal and external awareness of our partner program, and will play a pivotal role in the overall growth of the Partner Connect program.
Essential Job Duties
- Partner with HHAeXchange integrated partners and associations to develop and execute on co-marketing campaigns to generate user adoption, net-new leads, and program awareness.
- Maximize the partnerships through continuous engagement, alignment planning, execution, and a desire to continually improve and evolve the partnerships.
- Own the go-to-market launch for Partner Connect integrations by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer adoption.
- Build and implement marketing campaigns that strategically align to HHAeXchange’s sales and marketing objectives.
- Lead the creation of compelling messaging and collateral that highlights the value of the partnerships within the Partner Connect program.
- Assist in the creation and delivery of sales enablement tools for both internal and partner sales teams to ensure rapid identification and qualification of partner referrals.
- Manage HHAeXchange’s brand on partner properties through regular review of partner sites, making updates to messaging when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Expansion team to measure and report on Partner Connect performance, integration usage, and co-marketing results.
- Work closely with the Director of Partnerships to proactively identify opportunities for efficiencies and scaling in all aspects of the Partner Connect program, including integration launch and adoption, co-marketing, program management.

- Travel 10-25%, including overnight travel
Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience and at least 2 years of B2B SaaS channel/partnership marketing experience.
- Demonstrated success with managing marketing programs and ability to develop metrics to measure performance.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments working with partners to align on the best strategy given the current product roadmap and immediate business needs.
- Ability to think critically and work collaboratively across all teams and areas of the business to provide partners with the resources they need to be successful
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, project and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other marketing tools a plus.
