Payroll Clerk

The Judge Group, Inc located in Wayne, PA is currently seeking an entry level Payroll Clerk for our corporate office. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in communication, multi-tasking, prioritizing work and the ability to think and work independently. This position has periods with tight deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with weekly payroll process
• Update Payroll cards
• Assist with payroll inquiries
• Data input payroll adjustments
• Scan and file documents

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Professional attitude, appearance and phone skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely - strong oral and written skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Ability to think and work independently
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Proficient with excel, and comfortable with data base management. General ability to utilize technology to access information and improve efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus progressive work experience
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to keep others focused, on task and efficient
• Knowledge of industry organization, terminology and operations preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Advanced Proficient in Excel, Word and data base management.
• Ability to utilize technology effectively
