About the Role

We're growing and expanding our People and Talent team, searching for a startup guru in People and Talent. We prefer someone who loves music! If this is you, we're also looking for someone with proven success, sourcing, selecting, interviewing and recommending candidates with a high hiring percentage rate because you are that good at connecting with the hiring manager, understanding their needs and their team, and are in synch. Additionally, you also have experience with all things, People; employee engagement, implementing policies, onboarding, and compliance.

You will

  • Utilize every resource to hire for diversity
  • Help hiring managers write game-changing, super clear job descriptions and posts that lead right to the top talent we seek
  • Actively source talent using multiple sourcing channels to find and enroll uniquely qualified prospects into becoming excited applicants
  • Interview candidates and make recommendations
  • Help optimize Greenhouse ATS and reporting
  • Help close candidates and onboard
  • Be the People Ops go-to

About You

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting and human resources experience
  • You have data to show your success rate and improvements
  • You are a Greenhouse optimizer
  • You consider yourself a pop culture enthusiast
  • You have not only worked in an early-state tech start-up, you wouldn't have it any other way
