About the Job
We are in search of an HR professional with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to their craft. This role will support our mission by working with our leadership team across the business to ensure we continue to build a positive and inclusive culture. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, this role will also oversee HR program initiatives including compensation, training, evaluating internal programs, documenting best practices, and driving process improvements. Please note this is a temp-to-hire position.

What You Will Do
This position reports into the Sr. Director of People Operations and will be based onsite at our Lee, Florida facility. This role will support talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, and conflict management along with various HR focused projects and programs as needed.
Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as the People Ops Partner to multiple core functions and client groups to help them build, lead and develop their teams
• Pro-actively identifying issues and provide guidance on how to navigate and resolve employee relation issues
• Building collaborative relationships with leaders to implement effective initiatives including performance management, internal career development, and compensation programs

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or People Operations
• Knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance and best practices for non-exempt workforce
• Expertise with enterprise HRIS (i.e. Kronos, Workday, ADP)
• Prior involvement with workforce planning, employee relations, performance reviews, and employee engagement
• Background working cross-functionally with business leaders to develop and implement processes that will influence change within the organization
• Ability to identify roadblocks, and provide insightful data with proactive solutions
• Possess a high degree of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality in sensitive situations
