This position will work closely with the Program Executive and Program Manager to coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of PEP in partnership with the Federal Reserve Banks and Fiscal Service.
Responsibilities
- Provide general guidance and build relationships with Treasury business leaders, technology leaders and staff across both FRS and Fiscal Service.
- Manage PEP program artifacts and coordinate monthly dashboard and action item meetings.
- Provide insight to Treasury, TRSO and Federal Reserve System (FRS) management and staff.
- Coordinate the development key artifacts.
- Contribute to periodic reports for senior leadership.
- Help create TRSO strategic documents and support several work groups
- Collect and post status reports to our SharePoint site
- Creating meeting agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and facilitate logistics of meetings, including on-site face-to-face meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- 3 years related experience
- Some course or work experience in Information Technology (IT) or related fields, or desire to be involved in IT projects
- Interpersonal, relationship management, organizational, and customer service skills with a focus on working in a team environment
- Knowledge of project management methods and practices – Project Management Professional (PMP) is helpful
- Can conduct analysis and evaluate and communicate complex procedures
- Familiar with creating dashboards
- Travel (5%)

Salary: $ 68,000 - $ 85,000
