Performance Program Analyst - Full Time (Remote)

The Performance Program Analyst is responsible for producing accurate and on-time reports (scheduled and ad hoc) for the entire performance team.
Job Responsibilities/Duties
- Assists with meeting deadlines for P4P, HCC sweeps, HEDIS & CMS STAR metrics, etc. Alerts VP when discrepancies are found and finds solutions to problems. Acts as an expert on Ascender and manages the ticket resolution of items.
- Upload PP data into QlikView and maintain the dashboards in Qlik View related to the team. Creates new dashboards as needed and modifies existing ones and programs changes.
- Extracts all department related data from various health plans, websites and conglomerates it in a way that the respective teams can use it for data entry to the system. This includes compliant and non-compliant lists for STARS, HCC listing and variance reports supplied by the Health Plans.
- P4P and PAS scores are to be entered into spreadsheets each year.
- Extracts outside services from Ascender and converts them to a claim file and runs the claims files through the scrubbing tool and submits files to IT for upload and scripting.
- Develops new reports as needed.
- Validates data within reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School graduate or equivalent or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare or related field.
Minimum Experience: Excellent skills in Excel, Access, pivot tables and Word. Typing 40 wpm. Working knowledge of IDX.
