What will I do?

Develops, implements and oversees the facility budgets
-
Oversees the employment, supervision and discharge of staff

Develops and utilizes the leadership team of the campus in day-to-day operations
-
Ensures compliance by the facility with all policies/procedures established by the United Methodist Homes Corporation
-
Develops, in partnership with department heads, corporate resources and other administrators, policies and procedures for the effective operation of the facility.

Reviews and implements a "plan of correction" for deficiencies noted during survey inspections and provides a copy to the CEO
-
Maintains the physical aspects of the campus in a way that protects and assures a safe environment for it residents and is aesthetically pleasing.

Assures compliance by these entities with all state and federal regulations/laws

Supervisory Responsibilities:
-
Manages the Director of the Licensed Agency, case manager, staffing coordinator, receptionist, and directly or indirectly LPN’s and PCA’s.

What do I need for this role?
- A bachelor's or associate’s degree in a related field.
- Personal Care Home Administrator license
- 2-3 years experience in related field
- 1 year experience in management
