COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience
LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

OVERVIEW: Responsible for performing photo retouching and color correction on product/still-life images in a high-volume catalog environment. Candidates must submit a portfolio or examples of their work to be considered.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Color correcting images for exact product matching
• Proof to web and print proficiently from RGB to CMYK to meet print industry standards
• Utilize masking, selections, adjustment layers, custom curves, and layer masks
• Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation
• Experience in eCommerce Photo Production a plus
• Experience in jewelry retouching or art reproduction a plus

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Must have experience with Adobe Photoshop CC, Capture One, and Camera Raw
• Experience with color correction, knocking out backgrounds, and retouching
• A high level of initiative in problem-solving
• Ability to partner well with cross-functional team members and on-site clients
• Excels independently and in a team setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Individuals must be able to work in a high-volume catalog environment with extremely fast turnaround times.
• Must be available to work some overtime and/or weekends with the ability to work at least three days on-site a week

This is a full-time position, with at least three days on-site a week required.
