Position Overview:
ANSER is actively hiring for a Policy Analyst to work full-time / onsite in Ft. Belvoir, VA in support of the our Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) customer.

Responsibilities:

• Supports operations research, systems analysis, cost/benefit/risk analysis, technology and/or program assessment, professional development programs, and general program support.
• Apply knowledge of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) as well as new and emerging concepts, advancements, and related/enabling technologies that have implications to United States and international Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) policies and programs.
• Assist with policy and program reviews, assists in assessing gaps/limitations, make recommendations for improvement, draft technical documents, and offer opinions in matters pertaining to programs.
• Provide various levels and types of support across a wide range of scientific, technology, and CBRN-related disciplines and will most likely be performing short-term or intermittent tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of related work experience.
• CWMD/CBRN policy experience.
• Experience with the client's CWMD/CBRN mission and the Joint Operation Planning Process.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):

• Prior experience in support of DTRA.
