Clinical Associates, P.A. is 60+ provider mental health practice that provides therapy, psychiatry and psychological testing services. We are a fast-paced, growing clinic seeking a motivated, dependable and positive individual to join the fun and dynamic front office team as a Patient Service Representative and Prior Authorization Specialist.

Candidate would split their time between coordinating and completing medication prior authorizations and floating to other receptionist duties, such as answering/routing phone calls, accepting payments, and checking in patients. Great customer service skills, a team player, problem-solving skills, computer experience, multi-tasking, insurance and medical knowledge would be an ideal fit for our office. Must have at least 1 year of solid experience in a medical office. Experience with prior authorizations preferred.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has customer service experience with a track record of going above and beyond for clients (at least 1 year)

- Has fantastic customer service skills

- Can problem solve with a team and independently

- Has good computer experience and skills

- Has insurance and medical knowledge

- Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants preferred

Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Hours include a paid lunch.

Pay is monthly & on the 5th of each month.
