DAY SHIFT - DIRECT HIRE

PROCESS TECHNICIAN

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and related equipment to ensure the best performance of the machines

• First response to all machine alarms

• Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other issues

• Analyzes electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and operational problems in injection molding process

• Performs preventative maintenance duties on a regular basis

• Ability to effectively use a variety of hand tools and power tools

• Communicate with others in a courteous and professional manner

• Adhere to company policies, including safety, attendance, and punctuality

• Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Degree / GED

• 3 years + related experience in plastic injection molding

• Must be experienced in mold set-ups, trouble shooting, and maintenance problems

• Knowledge of robotics machinery

• Good math and computer skills

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs

• Time management skills

• Strong communication skills

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
