PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

The Company:

Our client is a leader in multinational material technology. They focus on refining and recycling various material. They are seeking to hire a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR to join their team!

This role is TEMP to HIRE, with optional benefits, and at a firm hourly rate of $30-$40/hr. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

The Expectations:

· Manages and coordinates the schedule and workflow within departments of the manufacturing plant.

· Reviews production schedule and work orders for specific customers and revises delivery schedules if needed.

· Accurately provides assistance and guidance with SAP needed to manage inventory.

· Develop and perform cycle counting of finished goods and production areas.

· Coordinate scheduling and bringing orders to the production lines according to orders.

· Assist in Manufacturing meetings and assist shift supervisors in generation of required manufacturing metrics and KPIs.

Production:

· Supervise the generation of semi-finished and finished good production orders based on quantities required for sales order completion.

· Manage the raw material flow in and out of SAP by monitoring production order confirmations of intermediate and final products.

· Monitor in-process, semi-finished goods production orders and record/catalog production order variances.

· Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery

· Communicate production status to management on regular basis

Inventory:

· Ensure accurate inventory levels within MES and SAP systems

· Supervise weekly cycle counting of semi-finished and finished goods

· Organizes, arranges, and tracks inventory movements and creations

The Experience:

· 3+ Years of Inventory and Manufacturing Experience; REQUIRED

· Bachelor’s Degree; REQUIRED

· Software: SAP; REQUIRED

· Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM
