Qualifications:

- Experience with Xactimate Software

- Experience with the Restoration/Cleaning industry

- 2-3 years progressive management experience in the restoration field

- This is a working and leading by example Production Management position

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times

- Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations

- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Ability to multi-task

- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

- Primary Role: Manage production crews and jobs according to SERVPRO procedures

- Assign and coordinate jobs with crews

- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities

- Keep General Manager/Owner updated on production

- Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

- Manage, mentor, train and lead the entire loss process

- Supervise job scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, supervise production and monitor jobs from start to finish

- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects

- Resolve problems quickly as they arise

- Perform production work as needed

- Have a positive attitude that has the drive to succeed and collaborate with others

- Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety

- Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates

- Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly

- Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met

- Coach and train restoration technicians

Results Expected:

- Crews are effectively managed to maximize production

- Production processes are performed according to guidelines

- Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $43,683.67 - $81,712.75 per year
