Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Fort Worth, Texas Manufacturing Facility

Production Supervisor Primary Accountabilities:

· Set and maintain SAFETY, Quality, and audit standards

• Attend SAFETY meetings, conduct SAFETY investigations and lead teams to generate SAFETY improvement ideas
• Identify, investigate and resolve Quality issues
• On the floor supervision of plant personnel – training, auditing procedures and standards, evaluations, performance discussions, and career development
• Develop and communicate personnel work schedules
• Lead shift meetings
• Responsible for Operations Department Performance
• Cleaning and Sanitation for equipment and production areas
• Review process documentation to verify complete and accurate data
• Execute weekly production schedule – continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness

Production Supervisor Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred

· Previous supervisory experience is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
