Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) has a Multi billion dollar automotive manufacturer seeking a Production Team Leader to work in the Bowling Green, Ky area. Openings are on 2nd shift and 3rd shift. Salary range is $48,000 plus OT.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for training, planning, assigning and directing work in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with quality systems and their application in a production environment.
• Understanding of root cause analysis and other problem solving techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years prior experience leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work overtime hours as needed.
• Needs to be able to keep up in a fast paced production environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in quality, productivity, safety and housekeeping.
• Ability to work off shift
