Job description
- Working within your Professional Relations team to complete daily tasks. Ex. Completing OD schedules/adjustments, negotiating pay/hours and addressing any immediate concerns.
- Organizing/providing mass communication to our OD’s.
- Handling the onboarding process for our new OD’s and partnering with the respective parties to gather all necessary administrative documents.
- Entering and maintaining OD information in the database.
- Developing strong relationships with our OD partners and District Managers.
- Providing consistent updates to our Credentialing Team & Regional Operation Specialists.
- Prepares presentations to update respective teams to address critical situations.
- Partners with the recruiting team to assist with contracts & available OD positions; this includes assisting with any outreach/recruiting calls.
- Must maintain the OD scheduler 90 days out.
- Must maintain an overall knowledge of all current OD/Store performances.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion.
- Works closely and effectively with the Manager/Director of Professional Relations to keep him/her well informed of all OD communication/requests.

- Communicate effectively and professionally, exhibit strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
