IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator in Huntsville, AL
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and resolve program management activities including business, technical, and logistical issues for multiple Navigation products.
- Resolve taskers and develop information status briefings for project management oversight.
- Work within the Navigation team to address action items as necessary.
- Coordinate with Aviation platform and external stakeholders to exercise Navigation product interests, and work with industrial partners to accomplish the development and production of Navigation products.
- Familiar with platform integration processes and testing specific to navigation capabilities.
- Participate in the control of cost, schedules, and contract fulfillment.
- Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets and schedule for all contract work and perform or assist in financial analysis.
- Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely request for additional funding to the government.
- Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.
- Develop plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for several major portions of a program.
- Establish and define program plan requirements.
- Develop, assist to acquire, field, and manage sustainment efforts of affordable integrated state of the art equipment to improve Soldier dominance in Army operations - today and in the future.
Education and General experience:
- A High School Diploma plus 16 + years relevant experience or
- BA/BS Degree plus 12 + years relevant experience
- Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
Required Travel: 10%
