DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and manage the project plans from beginning to end.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the project team.
- Responsible for the team’s integration into the prime contractor’s schedule.
- Communicate effectively with upper management and the prime contractor’s program manager.
- Plan, schedule, track and communicate project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Proactively manage risks and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Oversee team travel to Navy schoolhouses.
- Travel as required. Role is open to remote, some travel to Jacksonville, FL may be required.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLITY
- General supervision and management of program team members.
