WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE:

As a PROGRAM MANAGER OF ABILITY ONE CUSTODIAL SERVICES, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely allow you the opportunity to positively impact our workforce through:

  • Providing program management oversight for Environmental Services, overseeing our AbilityOne government contract .
  • You’ll spearhead workforce planning through effective scheduling, development of daily workflow assignments, training and development, and monitoring for compliance with the contract plan.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to coach and train Supervisors and Management Team in supporting a diverse workforce, including people with disabilities, and overseeing custodial methods, procedures, and compliance.
  • You’ll positively impact the lives of custodial associates by providing support to help them gain self-awareness, develop goals, achieve their development goals, unlock their potential, become high-performing team players, and transition into competitive employment.
  • You’ll work collaboratively with the Vice President of Business Services and AbilityOne Programs in ensuring quality services are provided to our military customers; sustaining compliance with AbilityOne and Goodwill policies and procedures; and participating in the process and performance meetings with Contract Operating Representative (CORs), Point of Contacts (POCs), AbilityOne MARS reviews, and other contractual related meetings.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to develop and promote a culture of ethical conduct, inclusion, safety, and compliance.
