Actalent is currently hiring a Project Analyst in Hagerstown, MD.

Job Description:

The project analyst will be the main individual setting up, training and obtaining access to Workday within multiple teams. This individual will support project managers in existing projects with schedule, budget, milestones, and metrics. This role will be mostly conducting data analysis. Candidates should have prior experience creating BI Dashboards or Business Intelligence Dashboards. Candidates should have prior experience taking information/data and generating reports and/or creating dashboards. Someone that is passionate about data and driving data results.

This could involve creating templates, work flows, job aids. They have launched a new time capture tool (Workday) and this person will be involved in the project implementation for new hires/new users. This rollout of their new time keeping system within workday software will be a focus of the position, and any candidate with experience rolling out a new software or system would be ideal (but not required). Lots of internal customer service work so they need to be good communicating and collaborating internally. This candidate will be working within the PMO team as well as engineering teams. There are currently 360 users within the system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Takes guidance and work direction from Manager.

- Create and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance.

- Coordinate and manage internal and external resource to accomplish program objectives, including change management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
