Job Introduction:
Minimum Requirements:
Maximus is currently looking for a remote Project Analyst to join our team. This remote Project Analyst position will be responsible for providing front-line, first level management and leadership to the Project Manager with the goal of meeting program objectives and customer service level agreements within the FEMA project, which is the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
- This position is a remote - work at home position. However, you must be able to physically pick up your equipment at our office located in Miami, FL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various analytical functions in support of the FEMA project
- Coordinate activities between the government, business and technical stakeholders
- Adhere to certain government requirements and develop the necessary reports to meet SLAs
- Maintain various reports for government review and compliance
- Maintain calendar and invitations
- Facilitate meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Monitor and report on the status of activities on the FEMA project, including reviewing the monthly cost, schedule and performance
- Respond timely to FEMA related inquiries and provide assistance as required
- Serve as the customer liaison to communicate maintenance notifications, releases, outages and other organization-wide communications
- Act as a liaison between teams
- Perform special projects as assigned by leadership
- Ensure Maximus project management standards and procedures are followed
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Home Office Requirements:
- Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection
- Internet download speed of 25mbps single/50mbps shared and 5mbps (10 preferred) upload or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
- Private work area and adequate power source
- Video calls may be requested on occasion. Proper background and attire is required
- All equipment will be provided by Maximus (laptop and headset) but must be picked up in our physical office located in Miami, FL prior to your start date
