About Automotive & Mobility Development

AMD combines the legacy Clinics & Mobility Labs service line (CML), the Quality Measurement service line (QM) and the upcoming Automotive User Experience (AUE) solutions. AMD encapsulates our client offers within these services: Clinics and Mobility Labs accompanies Car Manufacturers along the product development and innovation cycle to help them assess the potential and enhance the performance of their future models. QM assesses the vehicle quality and overall “In-Market” experience of customers with their vehicles, as well as strategic Benchmarking services used by manufacturers to improve the performance of their current products and new developments. AUE solutions are also required to assess Driver experience and develop new Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), which are critical in the next generation of vehicles and associated services.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Handling aspects of project coordination including, but not limited to, vendor management, respondent communications, survey checking, fieldwork monitoring and data checking
  • Performing daily, in-depth quality checks at every stage of the process to ensure accuracy
  • Liaising with our internal data collection & data processing teams, as well as outside suppliers, as needed
  • Identify and solve project issues as they arise
  • Create or update the necessary documentation of project requirements to ensure safety to the business and continuity of process

This might be the job for you if you have:

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Strong operational, process and detail orientation

o Able to efficiently and accurately complete task at hand with an eye to improvement of task completion.

o Enjoys finding the needle in the haystack

  • Organization skills

o Ability to balance overall project goals with a multitude of logistical requirements, on varying deadlines

  • Customer service orientation

o Effective communicator with proven experience managing relationships to identify needs, probe for understanding and translate needs into action

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

o Able to understand, interpret, clarify and confirm others’ communications/requests and provide clear and concise communication in return

  • Proven experience juggling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

o Stays calm in a deadline-driven environment

  • Sound Judgement

o Knows when to escalate questions or raise potential issues

  • Questions how and why things are and finds it interesting to dig for answers
  • Approaches work with flexibility and agility
  • Eager to learn and highly coachable
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (specifically MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

The salary range for this role in New York, NY is $58,500 to $90,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
