POSITION SUMMARY: As a Project Coordinator at Think|Stack, you will serve as a main point of contact for projects and ensure that Think|Stack’s and our clients evolves to meet the demands on their businesses. You will be working closely with the project management and technical teams at Think|Stack, as well as with our clients. You’ll be accountable to ensuring overall process success on the foundations of achieving the project goal, within scope, on time, and on budget.

Everything at Think|Stack is a project. Monthly service is a project. Implementation is a project. Our team needs leaders that embrace Agile operations, build change through structured, reliable, touchpoints. We need project management leaders who seek insight where others don’t look, to build efficiency and put the entire team in a position to succeed. Our project management isn’t something that we just do, it is something that we teach.

You are a self-starter and takes initiative. You have the natural curiosity to identify, investigate and solve problems. You are also able to juggle seeing both the client needs and the needs of our engineering team. This role is an ultimate team player in rolling up your sleeves and providing additional support to team members. You work collaboratively to create and maintain a strong project management culture with a human-centered design in mind to achieve goals without sacrificing quality or satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow project management process and best practices to manage projects from discovery through delivery for success based on achieving client goals, scope, time, and budget
  • Manage projects to ensure project success and escalate any issues as they arise. These tasks are typically things such as:

Scope management
Budget management
Schedule management
Tracking current projects and assessing and reporting on progress

  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide project updates, problems, successes, status
  • Act as liaison between project management, cross-functional teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
  • Participate in the sprint planning process to provide insight into projects and resource needs
  • Identify trends in projects/project processes to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, cohesion, and overall success then presenting these to senior team
  • Understand the value of Think|Stack projects and services and the impact of project completion on clients
  • Responsible for identifying events which trigger the project change management process
  • Promote and maintain an exemplary customer service experience for all clients and internal staff
  • Identify and generate best practices for project management based on needs identified, including staying up to date on project management best practices, tools, and trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or equivalent level of work experience and certifications
  • 2+ years of project management, operational, customer service, or event experience
  • Must be highly Organized: Projects are multi-step processes involving time scales from a few days to a few months. Juggling all the tasks requires high levels of organization and a strict adherence to process
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients and internal team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Our physical office is currently closed. We are able to operate 100% remotely and provide the same level of service to our clients.
