• Use project management skills to identify resource requirements & stakeholders, define project deliverables, provide customer satisfaction and reporting structures and ensure quality of projects.
• Define the responsibilities of stakeholders involved in the project including customers, management, project team, vendors, manufacturers and others affected by the project.
• Maintain vendor relationships in professional manner ensuring vendors provide excellent customer service at competitive prices.
• Assigns, schedules, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.
• Manages the selection, ordering, and installation of fixed assets (Including furniture, displays, signage, and other items as directed).
• Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members.
• Read, interpret, and comment on proposed construction plans.
• Review and approve invoices and pay requests.
• Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and change order

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in related field (Architecture, Engineering, Design, Planning, Construction Project Management, Communication, Etc.) from an accredited university or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• This position requires a minimum of 5 days of scheduled time weekly. Weekends, travel and longer hours are required for specific assignment.
