Responsibilities
The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Desert Springs Hospital Medical Center, Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and Henderson Hospital
Job Description: Supports grant application development, submission and implementation to UHS facilities in order to achieve UHS program, clinical and training competency objectives.
Qualifications
Experience: Three to five years Project Management experience in a multi-facility setting required. Five to eight years preferred.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of community organizing, grant writing, application development and submission protocols. Experience in successful award of federal, state and/or private Institution grants. Knowledge of the grant making process and health care delivery system.
License/Certification: None
Other: Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and implementation priorities for multiple sites.
