Renovation Project Manager

Our Facility Service Department is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to join our team of professionals. This position oversees renovation projects for Holland Home and all of Christian Living Services (CLS) owned or leased facilities. The primary function is to manage up to 6 residential turnover projects concurrently. These are short cycle projects lasting 2-3 months and averaging about $200k in total at any one time. Project management begins when it is handed off from the residential coordinator through to completing the punch list.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work independently and to establish/maintain effective working relationships and partnerships. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and on budget are required. Strong computer skills will add to success in this position. We require proof of Michigan driver's license and vehicle liability insurance as well as a reliable means of transportation and clean driving record.
