You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilites:

  • Resolve operational issues that are routed to the Provider Relations team either telephonically or via e-mail
  • Assist with the composition and review of production based reporting for HouseCalls regions
  • Provide assistance to HouseCalls Practitioner field by quickly and efficiently addressing provider concerns
  • Assisting with outbound calls to ensure practitioners have loaded required hours of availability
  • Achieve performance metrics related to operational processes and standards
  • Assist with the creation and completion of travel requests for HouseCalls Practitioners
  • Review and approve expense reports submitted by the HouseCalls Providers
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 6+ administrative experience in an office environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel including filtering and sorting, basic formulas, and analyzing data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clinicians/providers in a healthcare environment

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $18.17 to $32.26. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $20.00 to $35.53.
