Job Summary:
Reporting to the HACCP Coordinator, this position requires extreme attention to detail and be very organized. Qualified candidate will be responsible for the establishment’s Document Control System and various reports that keep track of product status. Gathering and organizing data necessary to develop and maintain various reports, graphs, and charts. Auditing, typing, copying, distributing, and filing various reports, graphs, charts, memorandums, letters, etc. for various members of plant management. Assisting in the documentation of product specifications and priority meetings. Additional duties as assigned by QA Manger, or other Managers/designated support staff.
Essential Functions:
- Complete production and QA reports daily/ weekly; creating daily, weekly, monthly charts, graphs, and reports
- Work directly with all supervisors on document control requirements as needed.
- Maintain all BRC, Animal Welfare, CAR records and all audits.
- Understanding and assist in Sr. Staff member supporting documents for auditing and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain preparedness and written reporting for Sr. Staff and key plant meetings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, NWA
- Self-Motivated Team player
- Strong Analytical skills with desire to understand the food business
- Flexible work schedule that includes weekends
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- Prefer 1 -3 years of experience in a clerical role or equivalent manufacturing experience.
