• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years' experience in related field preferred
• Working knowledge of two or more technologies preferred

• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Works on complex projects of large scope
• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
• Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues

• Should have high expertise on: Java, Springboot, Microservices
• Should have high expertise on: Architecture, System Design
• Should have expertise in ReactJS.
• Should be aware of DBMS tech like MYSQL.
• Should have high expertise on DevOps practices (Jenkins, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes)
• Must have proven capability on building high-scalable systems
• Should be capable to work with global teams.
• Should be a natural leader, who is capable of bringing out the best in people
• Should be able to drive engineering best practices in the team.
