Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Rebates, the Rebates Analyst will be a key member of the EG America Finance team responsible for entering, into PDI, as well as maintaining and tracking, all annual Marketing Rebate programs, monthly / quarterly promotions and any other fixed promotions agreed upon with the Marketing team and the Vendors. EG America is a convenience store operator with nearly 1,700 company owned and operated locations across the United States. EG America’s store support center is located in Westborough, MA.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Reviewing all incoming annual marketing rebate programs for completeness, accuracy and compliance
• Keying all programs into the PDI Rebate Manager module
• Running and understanding all rebate manager module reports (ex. AR Aging, accrual reports, etc.)
• Partnering with the Marketing teams when questions arise in programs
• Keying all promotional programs and fixed programs into PDI Rebate Manager, once reviewed
• Working in Smartsheets and Excel documents that track all business programs for all marketing teams
• Understanding the complete rebate cycle

Working Relationship: This position will work closely with Marketing team and the AR Accountant.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Experience:

• 0-3- years of experience in and Accounting or Inventory management role
• Strong Excel experience (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables)

Preferred Experience:

• Retail industry experience
• Strong practical knowledge of other Microsoft applications
• PDI Rebate experience is a plus
• Smartsheet experience is a plus
