NBBJ is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our high performing Human Resources & Recruiting team. This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual to gain a strong foundation of recruiting and to embark on an exciting and rewarding career path. Your New Role:

  • Support firm wide recruiting efforts
  • Editing job descriptions and posting jobs on our career page and external sites
  • Scheduling Interviews, heavy calendar management
  • Interview follow up, daily interaction with leaders
  • Perform background checks and employment verifications
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the recruiting team
  • Participate in various recruiting initiatives and projects as requested

What you will need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a preferred. A minimum of a high school degree or Associate’s degree is required.
1-2 year’s experience working in a professional office environment, preferably within HR and/or Recruiting.
Superb written and verbal communication skills – this role calls for a high level of communication with the studio, the firm, candidates and external vendors.
Must be comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone. Prior customer service experience preferred.
Must be tenacious, persistent, and able to set deadlines and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
Excellent computer skills – knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Internet searching capabilities, and database management.
Must be able to take initiative and follow through with short- and long-term assignments.
Must be flexible and reliable. Willing and able to take on new tasks and learn new things.
Approachable, positive and helpful demeanor.
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
