Summary Directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment compensation, labor and employee relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through HR Leaders in the facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ø Implements HR strategies that support broader business objectives and goals.

Ø Develops relationships at the staff level by attending employee communication meetings, engagement committee meetings, and other employee events to ensure strong presence and availability for outreach as needed.

Ø Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

Ø Partners with senior leadership to help reimagine and implement talent management and development to include: headcount forecasting, needs assessment, skill gap analysis, and successional planning and employee engagement.

Ø Develops and maintains retention plans for assigned areas utilizing data and analysis with a focus on employee performance.

Ø Advises facility managers of company policies regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

Ø Consults legal counsel to and conducts sensitive investigations.

Ø Maintains a human resources system inclusive of leave and disability management while also meeting top management needs.

Ø Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization ensuring the employee files are maintained and secured at the facility level.

Ø Keeps abreast of and drives awareness of various legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining agreements that impact our business legally and financially.

Ø Writes and delivers presentations to managers and facility staff regarding human resources policies and best practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Is responsible for the overall coordination, and evaluation of HR Talent and initiatives in their assigned region. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training HR employees to assist in coaching leadership with specific techniques and practices to achieve a positive work environment; planning, supporting, and directing projects; designing accountability mechanisms, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and driving conflict resolution in partnership with the Administrators they report directly to.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
