Our Expectations
Our Regional Property Managers manage and oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties. This person is responsible for the complete operation of income property including bottom-line financial performance; reaching income goals as set forth by the CEO and client. Our RPM directs onsite team and provides operational and financial oversight and direction.

- Maintain Vendor Relations
Required Skills/Abilities
- Leadership, management and coaching capabilities
- Strong customer service background
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong organizational skills/Ability to prioritize
- Knowledge of Yardi software
- Industry knowledge
- Technical property understanding
Education and Experience
- Four years of experience in Multifamily Property Management
- Two years of recent experience as Regional Property Manager
- Strong property management and operational experience
- CA Real Estate License
- Professional Certifications
- Bachelor's degree (not required)
