Summary/Objective:

This individual will be part of the sales organization and contribute to the overall Aftermarket Company RV sales plan. Introduce and market several new products and existing lines though pro-active selling to existing and new customers. Train, coach and monitor customer’s performance on a continuous base to ensure they meet sales objective.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes sales plans to meet mutually established sales quotas .
  • Assists in establishing and maintaining rapport between management, Sales Force and Distributors through meetings, group activities, training and account coordination.
  • Develops and executes plans to increase product familiarity and market knowledge at distributors within North America
  • Develops and executes plans to maintain and increase the visibility of Lippert products. Facilitates planning and execution process for distributor programs and product launches.
  • Keeps informed of new products and other general information of interest to Distributors
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily working indoors, office environment.
  • May sit for several hours at a time.
  • Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
  • Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • MBA or master’s degree in marketing a plus

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time salary position, Monday through Friday.

Travel:

Yes, 50% of the time
