Position Summary
The Western US Regional Sales & Recruiting Manager is responsible for the 360-recruitment process; from sourcing new sales leads and selling services and capabilities, to contract negotiation, to in depth manpower consultation, candidate attraction & assessment and selling shortlisted candidates to the client, through to the onboarding of the new employees. This role would suit someone who is proactive, energetic and hungry to win new clients and place ideal candidates with those clients. The position is perfect for someone who truly enjoys forming fantastic relationships, with both clients and candidates alike, to secure new business and achieve great success with third party business.
Main Responsibilities
- Sourcing new business through networking, market intelligence & cold calling.
- Selling Jet Aviation Staffing’s full portfolio of Staffing Solutions.
- Achieves revenue targets through new business wins and increasing revenue spend per account.
- In depth client consultation identifying staffing needs, workforce planning and search assignments.
- Writes and places job advertisements in various external media including but not limited to, the internet, newspapers, industry publications, etc.
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Proactively head hunts passive candidates, selling opportunities and creating interest.
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to stay competitive.
- Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activity and updates the applicant tracking system and/or any other system appropriately.
- Participates in onsite customer visits when required.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments within Jet Aviation Staffing and its clients to create and maintain partnerships that yields success trust, and credibility.
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to stay competitive.
- Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activity and updates the applicant tracking system and/or any other system appropriately.
- Attends and participates in industry events and participates in onsite customer visits when required.
- Other duties may be assigned, as required.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of selling staffing services & products and / or agency or in house recruitment experience.
- Corporate aviation experience preferred.
- Track record of achieving targets.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- May be required to be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work non-standard hours/flexible days.
- Extensive travel is expected in this position.
