Established private practice in a heart of Carmel Valley is looking for a superstar Registered Dental Hygienist to add to our stellar team. We provide wonderful care for our patients and they reward us by referring their families and friends. We work as a team, we have fun and we accomplish things! Digital x-rays, Open Dental, sophisticated patient communication software, paperless practice. This position is full-time or part-time. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS: Well organized, motivated and punctual. Professional demeanor and appearance. Superb communication skills and chair side manner are a must.

• The Hygienist at Radiant Dental Arts is a key member of the team, working closely with our dentists to ensure a dynamic and memorable patient experience.
• This role is responsible for the delivery of exceptional dental care through conducting initial patient screenings, cleaning teeth, and educating patients on oral health and preventative care.
• The Hygienist is the patient's advocate throughout their dental experience, providing meaningful patient feedback with compassion.

• Create a positive and individualized experience for each patient
• Ensure patients are well educated on their dental treatment plan including homecare.
• Inspire patients to follow through with their recommended treatment and commit to continuing care
• Accurately identify conditions like gingivitis, periodontitis, caries and malocclusion
• Meticulously manage documentation and charts on each patient
• Precisely maintain dental instruments, supplies and equipment inventory, and other ancillary duties
• Proactively support team members at the Dental Assistant, Provider, and Front Office staff level
• Collect and record patient health history
• Gather patient testimonials and online reviews
• Promote the companies Mission & Vision to patients and potential team members
• Performs other related duties as assigned
