IU Health West Hospital is a full-service, 179 bed hospital for adults and children that provides leading-edge, family-centered care in Avon, Indiana - the heart of one of the fastest growing counties in the state. IU Health West recently completed an $83 million expansion to meet the demand for IU Health-quality care, close to home. All patient rooms are private to optimize comfort for each individual and their family. Our breadth of services includes intensive and progressive care units, medical-surgical units, maternity services and a special care nursery, technologically advanced surgical services, cardiac catherization labs serving interventional radiology cardiology and interventional radiology, , diagnostics, cancer services including on-site radiology oncology, and one of the IU Health system’s busiest emergency departments. QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $42.00 per hour
