As a Reliability Manager, your leadership will be key to executing the vision and advancing culture while developing a team of present and future leaders. What You Will Do In Your Role

• Lead, coach and develop the reliability team
• Ensure the team applies critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations to solve problems and drive strategic initiatives forward
• Identify, plan, and execute on profitable improvement opportunities that drive down the plant’s cost to operate, increase throughput and add capabilities
• Accountable for the safety performance of the reliability team while promoting personal accountability for working safely and addressing safety concerns
• Effectively utilize metrics to drive prioritization of opportunities to develop the team and ensure resources are focused where they add the most value
• Be a champion for innovation and transformation where the team experiments with ideas and technology that add long term value to the organization
• Develop sustainable solutions to drive consistent work practice and develop talent from various backgrounds

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements

• Five (5) or more years' leadership experience in operations, reliability/maintenance OR engineering to include experience leading other leaders, managers or supervisors
• Experience using a CMMS system
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a Reliability/Maintenance discipline
• Military experience
• Experience with glass fabrication equipment
