Our company is seeking over 2,000 customer service representatives. Our training program will help you become successful and teach you new skills!

Service Advisors will provide customer service support to customers requesting information related to items, including post-order support, delivery information, payment information, product pre-orders, equipment pre-screening calls (where applicable), and general Customer inquiries.

Here are some of the job responsibilities:

• Has experience with both Mac and PC.

• Can translate “tech speak” into everyday, understandable terms.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to maintain a positive outlook in a fast-paced work environment.

• Possess a drive for results and demonstrates a degree of drive and determination.

• Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, processes, and environments.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• You will learn about the Client’s Products and become a product features and accessories specialist.

• You are required to provide consultative sales solutions to customers based on their needs, following the Client’s Engagement model

• You need to understand how to use multiple sources of information to stay current on product, policies, and technology changes.

• You will set the customers’ expectations after they have placed their order, e.g.

“What happens next” to ensure a favorable end-to-end purchasing experience

• Enter new Sales orders into the appropriate system(s) where appropriate

• Seek to establish rapport with customers so that they will actively seek the agent to process their following requirements.

• Achieve sales goals set out by the business while providing an excellent customer experience
