COBA/Select Sires | United States, OH, Wayne County The Reproductive Services Client Manager (RSCM) is responsible for sales, artificial insemination and a broad spectrum of reproductive management services to dairy and beef clients/customers. The primary focus of this role is to further the reproductive efficiency and genetic development of the client’s/customer’s herd via sales and provision of a superior quality product. Additional duties include promotion of COBA/Select Sires brand and company product, developing and expanding the client/customer base. A key element of this role will be to manage an assigned client/customer route, maintaining regular contact with key clients/customers and providing recommendations and suggestions regarding product and technique. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:Specific duties and responsibilities of a Reproductive Services Client Manager include, but are not limited to,Providing Artificial Insemination and reproductive consulting and service of client base in assigned geographical area.Sales and promotion of the highest quality semen, herd management products and reproductive programs.Gather, enters and analyzes reproductive data on farm for the benefit of the member-owner-customers.Required Skills and Abilities:Sales and marketing experience in agriculture preferredSkilled in artificial insemination, reproductive and genetic programsManage scheduling of service stops to meet customers’ needsMaintain and be responsible for consigned inventory of semen and productsBe organized, detail oriented and self-startingWork well with the member-owner-customers Be familiar with Microsoft Office suite of programs Possess good communications skills: written, verbal and computerAble to take direction well and work under deadlinesCommunicate, serve and coordinate with COBA office staff Benefits Include:Commissions401KHealth insurance To view full job description: http://www.cobaselect.com/careers/To apply, contact: coba@cobaselect.comSelect Sires, Inc. is a drug-free workplace.
