We're hiring! Seeking Residential Advisors to join our growing team! Make up to 16/hr!
**Weekend shift available -Saturday and Sunday 1st and 2nd shift**
Title: Residential Advisor
Location: Mohnton, PA

Summary of Job Duties:
This position will develop, implement, and report training/treatment plans for assigned members, participate in the crisis management systems, program activities and supervision, and provide training and supervision in activities in activities of daily living for assigned clients. They will monitor the home for safety and cleanliness and support members
Specific Responsibilities:
- Implement and document member interventions and progress relative to member’s care/recovery plan
- Provide supervision for assigned member activities and trips
- Provide training in and supervision of activities of daily living with members
- Participate in groups as assigned
- Provide individual support for assigned members
- Provide specific training to members relevant to their assessed skills deficits and opportunities for growth
- Conduct and document member face to face observation per Policy and Procedures
- Conduct and document assigned safety checks per Policy and Procedures
- Prepare shift notes for assigned members
- Monitor and document self-administration of medications by members
- Provide and document observed alcohol and drug screens per P and P
- Complete all trainings and continuing education requirement
- Support community with ADL and IADL activities, at times working hand over hand, and at times doing the majority of the work.

Qualifications:
- The residential advisor will have at least an associate degree in the human services field.
- RAs will have at least two years’ experience in therapeutic community and/or psychiatric care. Persons having a Bachelor’s Degree may
have one year of experience. RA will have a valid driver’s license in good standing
- RA must exhibit flexibility in scheduling, as scheduled work hours are subject to change with little notice

- Reading, PA 19606: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
