Position Summary

We are looking for a responsible Restaurant Floor Manager to manage the operation alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, dealing with everything from profitability and performance of the unit, to staff management, to ordering and costing etc., whilst driving a learning culture of continuous improvements which exceed customer expectations. You must have at least 2-3 years’ experience managing a high volume, fast paced casual dining restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities for Restaurant Floor Manager

• Management of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling etc.
• Using finance and other results to measure and evaluate performance.
• Ensuring health and hygiene standards are maintained above King County Health

Department standards.

• Managing customer relations, ensuring they exceed customer expectations.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement.
• Using effective priority management tools and techniques.
• Delivering team objectives and motivating the team to achieve them.
• Delegating responsibilities effectively and assisting when necessary
• Creating effective strategies to control costs.
• Communicating effectively to engage the team in cost control.
• Supporting the business plan through succession planning.
• Building individual development plans and implementing them.
• Supporting a culture of continuous learning.
• Meeting mandatory training needs for the team.
• Measuring performance and providing effective feedback to team members.
• Understanding and analyzing financial results.
• Completing financial reporting within deadlines.
• Maintaining 100% accuracy in cash handling procedures.
• Performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by

Management.Must have open availability, all shifts, all days.

We are open from 6am to 10 pm seven days a week.

This position in located within SeaTac Airport. Due to security restrictions and regulations, a TSA threat assessment, background check and drug test will be administered. Applicants must be able to attend security class and pass a written test in English.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
