Restaurant General Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager position at our oceanfront restaurant on beautiful Jekyll Island. This position will have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant. This position requires an individual with a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a desire to expand the size of our business.

Responsibilities:

Manage performance of team by being a role model and holding team accountable to high operational and quality standards.

Managing the team to ensure we meet financial expectations through cost control measures. These include cash control, inventory controls, and managing labor cost.

Hire, train, foster team members to excel at their roles and promote team work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
