Job description
Demonstrates knowledge of all modalities of restorative care and in planningdelivery of care.
2. Provides restorative care in accordance with Restorative Care Policies and
Procedures and ensures the well being of the residents is maintained.
3. Attends all mandatory in-services by employee's anniversary date.
4. Acts appropriately under the direction of the Restorative Nurse and acts as an
active member of the restorative team.
5. Demonstrates ability to adjust to changes in unit/shift assignments to meet
resident and facility needs.
6. Documents care provided to residents timely and accurately on restorative forms.
7. Demonstrates knowledge of and complies with the Code of Conduct and
Compliance Program when performing work functions.
