ROLE SUMMARY: The Restroom Attendant will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all restrooms in the Arena.
What will you do?
Removes restroom trash, maintains restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, seat covers, hand soap and antibacterial gel- Creates an inviting, welcoming and positive atmosphere within the arena and for generating positive and memorable guest experiences during sporting, entertainment and family events
- The ideal candidate must have a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for both internal and external guests.
- Candidate will ensure that MSG standards are always met and exceeded.
What do you need to succeed?
Must possess understanding of basic cleaning applications such as sweeping, mopping, etc. but not limited to knowledge of striping, waxing, burnishing, shampooing.- Must be proficient at utilizing necessary equipment and safety requirements for equipment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and follow directions.
- Previous guest service experience is a plus.
- Will possess excellent communication skills, work ethic, and strong attention to detail, leadership qualities and ability to work in a team environment.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 bs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
